WINCARS WCC Conference 2026 at Marriott Indore

The WINCARS WCC Conference 2026 is scheduled to be organized on 14–15 March 2026 at the prestigious Marriott Indore. This year’s conference aims to bring together leading cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, medical experts, and healthcare innovators from across the country to discuss groundbreaking advancements in cardiovascular care. The two-day event will feature scientific sessions, panel discussions, hands-on workshops, case presentations, and networking opportunities designed to foster knowledge sharing and collaboration. With a focus on innovation, research, and improved patient outcomes, WINCARS WCC 2026 promises to be a landmark event in shaping the future of cardiac science and clinical practice.

Guidelines for Challenging Case Presentation Submission

We invite cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, fellows, and residents to submit challenging and impactful cardiac cases for

1. General Submission Rules

Case submissions must be made online only through the Women Cardiac Care (WCC) 2026 Case Submission Portal.

  • No submissions by email or hard copy will be accepted.
  • Authors must select the appropriate case category at the time of submission.
  • Multiple cases may be submitted, but each case must be uploaded separately under the chosen category using the same login credentials.
  • Each case must clearly highlight key clinical learnings and educational value.
  • Submission acknowledgment will be sent automatically to the registered email ID upon successful upload.
  • Final case selection will be made by the WCC 2026 Scientific Committee, and selected presenters will be notified accordingly.

 

2. Case Eligibility & Scope

Participants are encouraged to submit their most challenging interventional cases, particularly those involving women patients, including but not limited to:

  • Coronary interventions
  • Endovascular interventions
  • Structural heart disease interventions
  • Congenital heart disease interventions

Cases may include:

  • Complex or rare clinical presentations
  • Unique anatomical challenges
  • Device-specific technical difficulties
  • Management of procedural complications
  • Innovative strategies or guideline-deviant decision-making with rationale

 

3. Slide Preparation Instructions

Each submission must not exceed 10 slides.

Recommended file format: .pptx

Maximum file size: 100 MB

Mandatory Slide Format

  • Slide 1:
    Case Title
    Presenter Name
    Institution / Hospital
  • Slide 2:
    Case History
    Relevant Clinical Findings
    Key Investigations (ECG, Echo, CT, Labs, etc.)
  • Slides 3 to 9:
    Angiographic Findings
    Procedural Strategy
    Step-by-step Intervention Details
    Embedded MP4 video loops
    Devices, hardware, and techniques used
  • Slide 10:
    Take-home Message
    Key Clinical Learnings
    Practical Tips / Lessons for Daily Practice

 

4. Video & Multimedia Requirements

All videos must be in MP4 format.

Videos must be:

  • Embedded directly within the PowerPoint file
  • Set to automatic play
  • Configured to loop until stopped
  • Enabled to rewind after playing
  • Ensure clear labeling of angiographic views and procedural steps.
5. Ethical & Confidentiality Requirements

All patient identifiers must be fully anonymized.

Presentations must comply with ethical standards, including patient privacy and institutional policies.

6. Submission Deadline

Last date for case submission:
Wednesday, 30 January 2026

Late submissions will not be considered.

7. Evaluation & Selection Criteria

Cases will be evaluated based on:

  • Clinical complexity and challenge
  • Educational value and clarity of learning points
  • Relevance to women’s cardiovascular health
  • Quality of imaging and procedural documentation
  • Innovation, decision-making, and complication management
8. Important Notes
  • Submission of a case does not guarantee acceptance.
  • Accepted cases may be selected for oral presentation or moderated discussion.
  • The Scientific Committee reserves the right to reassign case categories if required.
